Jessica O'Sullivan - Founder & Principal Consultant
Jessica brings integrated, cross-disciplanary experience managing multi-family and mixed-use developments across Canada. She provides expert, full lifecycle project planning and has helped deliver over 2000 homes to market. Jessica ensures project success by building strong relationships and is committed to delivering projects which meet business objects and make a positive impact on the community.

Sean O'Sullivan - Construction Advisor
Sean brings a decade of on-site and project management experience and currently works full-time in Business Development and Estimating at Seko Construction. At Little Lot, he contributes on a part-time, advisory basis as an Construction Advisor, offering strategic insight on buildability, budgets, and contractor coordination to keep clients’ projects grounded in real-world construction practices.
